Funny, we celebrated Father's Day LAST WEEK
This is embarrassing. We (I, actually) thought Father's Day is celebrated every 2nd Sunday of June, similar to Mother's Day, held every second Sunday of May. I even argued with my brother Jay, insisting that FD's on the12th rather than the 19th (which he insisted). Ayon, Papa treated us last week with fried chicken and pansit. Tawa kami nang tawa when I told them I saw an SM ad saying, "it's Father's Day on the 19th"!!! So much for Papa's treat, eh? Kaya eto, bati uli kami ng "Happy Father's Day!" sans the handa, of course.

i know. sabi nga ni kuya we should've just checked the papers and TV for any "Father's Day" specials before declaring that it was indeed an FD day. Oh well. Next time di na'ko magpapaka-bibo, hehe!
